After agricultural drip irrigation system equipment is put into agricultural production, it can bring us great convenience. Like other equipment, agricultural equipment also needs to be maintained. After all, the agricultural environment is complex and changeable, and a variety of natural factors erode the equipment. So how is the drip irrigation system maintained?
1. Water source system: focus on eliminating hidden dangers
The purpose of water source system inspection is to prevent accidental debris from entering the pipeline. Correspondingly, during use, the water source should be checked frequently to eliminate hidden dangers. If a reservoir is built by itself, it is necessary to clean the sediment or other sediments deposited in the reservoir on a regular basis. If you use rivers and lakes as the water source, check the sundries at the water inlet of the pump to prevent affecting the pump power. At the end of each irrigation cycle, empty the water in all pipes and block the valves (such as irrigation zone valve) at the water source.
2. Pipe systems such as branch pipes and trunk pipes: flush regularly
The piping system of the drip water irrigation system will inevitably circulate large and small sediments, as well as some fertilizer and pesticide residues, and flushing is necessary. If the quality of the water source is poor and there are many small impurities, the capillary should be flushed frequently. Remove the end of the PE capillary drip irrigation dripper once a week, rinse off the fine particles at the end of the dirt, and rinse the dripper with water. During the flushing process, the pipes should be opened sequentially, and not fully opened at the same time, in order to maintain the pressure in the pipes. Huazui Irrigation emphasizes that each irrigation unit needs to be flushed once a month. Open the main pipe or the end of the main pipe of the irrigation unit and increase the water pressure for flushing. After rinsing, remember to empty the water flow and block the pipe.
