The uniformity of the drip irrigation system is a very important technical indicator, which affects the yield and quality of crops. The biggest advantage of drip irrigation technology is that it is most likely to accurately transport water and fertilizer to the root zone of plants, optimize the growth environment of plant roots, and achieve high-quality and high-yield crops.
To do this, we must first conduct research and experiment to find that different plants must meet the high-yield and high-quality water and fertilizer requirements at different growth stages, and formulate irrigation and fertilization programs based on this. Secondly, the uniformity of the drip irrigation system must be high enough so that the plants in the system can receive the same amount of water and fertilizer.
In order to improve the uniformity of the drip irrigation system, on the one hand, it is necessary to choose an irrigation device with excellent performance (such as drip irrigation pipes and fittings, drip tape, dripper, drip arrow), on the other hand, the designer is required to reduce the pressure difference of the water outlet point in the system when designing. (Through accurate hydraulic calculations, select the diameter of the water delivery pipe with the matching force; determine the reasonable capillary strength; select the matching force pressure regulating equipment; for the projects with large terrain undulations or the capillary laying length required compensation, try to use pressure compensation drippers in drip irrigation or drip irrigation tube).
The drip irrigation system includes power machines, water pumps, fertilization (medicine) devices, filtration facilities and pe pipes, various drip irrigation connection pipes, drip irrigation tapes (tubes), pressure compensation drippers, drip arrows, various safety protection and measurement control equipment. Its function is to take water from the water source, pressurize and inject fertilizer (pesticide) into the pipe network at all levels in time and quantity after filtration, and pass through various irrigators (such as drippers, drip arrows, drip holes) to remove water, fertilizer or pesticides are directly transported to the roots of the crops to ensure the supply of moisture, fertilizers and pesticides to the crops. The valves and above are responsible for the driving, measurement and regulation tasks of the entire system, and are the control and deployment center of the entire system.
